The Company stated that construction on the remaining final phase of the project has already begun and management expects the truck stop to open this summer, 2008.
“We are pleased to begin the final phase of construction on ‘Willie’s Place’,” stated Dennis McLaughlin, CEO and Chairman of Earth Biofuels. “Although the project has experienced delays, we believe once customers and visitors experience this unique truck stop and restaurant they will feel it was worth the wait.”

Earth Biofuels Launches BioWillie® Marketing Program
09 January, 2007 |
 |
| Earth Biofuels, Inc. (OTCBB: EBOF), the exclusive distributor of Willie Nelson’s brand of biodiesel – BioWillie® – today announced a marketing program to increase the availability of its biodiesel brand. Earth Biofuels will now offer the use of the brand to biodiesel retail fuel providers outside the Earth Biofuels fuel distribution network. As a result, fueling stations will be able to leverage the awareness, loyalty and quality built into the brand.
The branding agreements between Earth Biofuels and retail fuel providers will include stipulations that all biodiesel fuel sold under the BioWillie® brand name must meet the quality standards set for biodiesel by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) under specification number D-6751 as well as other rigorous compliance requirements for protecting the biodiesel fuel quality and brand name.
“The present demand for the BioWillie® brand biodiesel exceeds its current distribution network,” said Earth Biofuels Vice President of Sales Jim Horton. “Truckers are asking for BioWillie® because they believe the name means quality. This program will allow Earth Biofuels to establish retail BioWillie® brand biodiesel at pump locations anywhere in the country where biodiesel is sold.”
Although biodiesel production has increased dramatically over the past several months, Earth Biofuels believes that the ability for retail biodiesel providers to effectively market their product domestically has not kept pace. By offering a recognizable name brand under tight quality controls, this unique program may help retail biodiesel providers increase demand at the retail level.

Earth Biofuels Offers BioWillie at Third Shreveport, La. Location; Louisiana BioWillie Availability Continues to Grow as Smith Oil Co. Fueling Station Joins J & S Citgo and Airport Citgo as Third Shreveport Station to carry BioWillie
20 September, 2006 |
 |
| Dallas, Texas - Earth Biofuels, Inc. (OTCBB: EBOF) announces the availability of BioWillie biodiesel fuel at its third Louisiana location. BioWillie is Willie Nelson’s brand of biodiesel and is distributed exclusively by Earth Biofuels. BioWillie is now offered at the Smith Oil Co. corporate fueling station, located at 1604 North Market Street in Shreveport, La.
Located between Dallas and Atlanta on the heavily-traveled Interstate-20, Shreveport is an ideal location to provide BioWillie to the state of Louisiana. Earth Biofuels recently began offering BioWillie at two Citgo fueling stations, J&S Citgo and Airport Citgo, both in Shreveport. Due to the demand for the BioWillie B20 blend along this thoroughfare, pump owner and Smith Oil Co. president, Michael Millen saw an opportunity to increase availability with a third BioWillie pump at Smith Oil Co.’s corporate fueling location adjacent to its office in Shreveport.
“There’s been a request for biodiesel from truckers traveling through Louisiana along I-20, especially BioWillie because of the Willie Nelson brand recognition,” said Millen. “Partnering with Earth Biofuels to offer BioWillie not only helps us sell more fuel, it also allows us to best meet the needs of our customers.”
The Smith Oil Co. fuel pump is located three miles south of Loop 220 on LA Highway 1 at 1604 N. Market Street. The pumps are under the card-lock system, which allows any CFN (Commercial Fueling Network) Card holder access to pay at the pump. Commercial drivers interested in becoming a member of the CFN can set up an account at this location as well.
“I am very proud that the Smith Oil Co. fueling station is partnering with Earth Biofuels to carry BioWillie,” said Willie Nelson. “I know that many of the truckers who pass through that area will be glad to have biodiesel available. Through biodiesel, we can reduce dependency on foreign oil and adopt an energy source that’s clean, renewable and helps family farmers find new uses for their products.”
By partnering with Earth Biofuels, Shreveport’s three locations are the first to offer BioWillie to truckers traveling through Louisiana. BioWillie is a premium B20 blend (20 percent biodiesel and 80 percent petroleum diesel) biodiesel fuel made from vegetable seeds, such as soybeans.

BioWillie is Willie Nelson’s brand of biodiesel and is distributed exclusively by Earth Biofuels.

If it’s good enough for Willie, it’s good enough for me.”

 |
| SAN ANTONIO, Texas - Earth Biofuels, Inc. (OTCBB: EBOF.OB) today announces the availability of Earth Biofuels BioWillie, Willie Nelson’s brand of biodiesel, at the reopening of the historic Circle G Truck Stop in Gonzales, Texas.
The Circle G Truck Stop, owned by Dr. Charles Graham, offers BioWillie biodiesel at the intersection of US Highway 183 and State Highway 97, just south of Interstate 10 and east of San Antonio.
Circle G was built in the 1920’s as a residence and store, and then later was converted to a gas station to take advantage of the well-traveled route. Dr. Graham rebuilt the truck stop to better serve the growing community of Gonzales and the passing truckers and visitors.

Willie Nelson developed the BioWillie brand in June 2005. “Being a Texas native and growing up in central Texas, I am very proud that Circle G is partnering with Earth Biofuels to carry BioWillie,” said Willie Nelson. “I know that many of the truckers who pass through that area will be glad to have biodiesel available. Through biodiesel, we can reduce dependency on foreign oil and adopt an energy source that’s clean, renewable and helps family farmers find new uses for their products.”

Earth Biofuels Now Providing Biowillie Biodiesel Along I-45 Corridor in Wilmer, Texas
20 July, 2006 |
 |
| DALLAS, TEXAS - Earth Biofuels, Inc. (OTCBB: EBOF.OB) today announces the availability of BioWillie, Willie Nelson’s brand of biodiesel, at the newly-opened Big Daddy’s General Store in Wilmer, Texas. Wilmer is located in South Dallas County near the intersection of Interstate-20 and Interstate-45.
Big Daddy’s General Store business partners Bill Hamm, Allan Clark, Sr. and Celeste Madrigal have converted a commercial fleet fueling depot to create the station. They have made substantial improvements to the property, including renovating the building into a convenience store and expanding the site entrances, making the station easily accessible for 18-wheeler trucks.
“We realized there was a demand for BioWillie among truckers traveling along this corridor so when we found the abandoned fueling depot on I-45 we couldn’t pass on the opportunity to provide customers with BioWillie,” said Bill Hamm, co-owner of Big Daddy’s General Store.
By partnering with Earth Biofuels, Big Daddy’s General Store is the first location to offer BioWillie to truckers traveling on Interstate-45 between Houston and Dallas as well as farmers living in the area. BioWillie is a premium B20 (20 percent biodiesel and 80 percent petroleum diesel) biodiesel fuel made from vegetable seeds, such as soybeans.
“In addition to truckers enjoying the benefits of BioWillie, many farmers use the fuel in their farm equipment and generators,” said Peter Bell, General Manager for Earth Biofuels fuel distribution. “Since it’s made from farm products, farmers often feel good about using BioWillie instead of straight petroleum diesel, and this new station offers a convenient location for obtaining biodiesel.”
